From the menu one of the options is Backup wallet.
On Android, it allows you to hit send by email. This brings up the android share menu and allows you to send or store it in more ways than just email.
On Chrome, it saves a backup of your wallet locally in the downloads folder.
Your backups are encrypted. They will require the password you used when creating the wallet.
